Regulations for the use of word processing computers with internet access

in the media area of the Central Library

Reservation

Use of the computer workstations only after entry in the reservation list.
After a delay of more than 15 minutes the reservations expires.

Usage time: up to 2 hours per day

Internet use

Internet use in the University Library of Dortmund is a service provided solely for research, teaching, study and academic work. The "provisional regulations for Internet use in the University Library of Dortmund" apply. Installation of third party software is not allowed.
To access the Internet you need a library card. Students of TU Dortmund can also use their UniCard as library card. Please enter your Library account or Uni account in the log-in screen.

You can get a library card at the lending services in the Central Library.

You can use the other applicatons without a library card.

Log-off

Please, log off after using the Internet. Otherwise your session will still be active.
Please, also shut down the computer. When the computers reboots all stored data on the hard disk will be deleted.
