Send Someone to Collect your Library Card
The authorised person has to show these documents:
- Your identity card or passport (in case of passport we also need an official proof of residency)
- His / her identity card or passport (in case of passport we also need an official proof of residency)
- Power of Attorney
- The online form to apply for a library card, which must be filled in, printed out and signed by you
and
- for Students: student registration card (or preliminary certificate of enrolment)
- staff members of universities and colleges in North Rhine-Westphalia: proof of occupation
- for people with special needs: disabled person card
- for minors: absolute suretyship of a legal guardian. Attestation of the school. The library reserves the right to decide on admission.
